Acerca de Craddock Strategies

Curious by Nature. Strategic by Experience.

Craddock Strategies was built around a simple idea: meaningful progress starts with getting curious.

I partner with leaders and organizations to explore challenges, uncover possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Sometimes that means coaching a leader through a big decision or transition. Other times, it means immersing myself in an organization’s fundraising, systems, or strategy to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what could be possible.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I ask questions, dig deeper, and get to know the people and context behind the challenge. Then we figure out where to go next, together.

Whether through coaching or consulting, my goal is the same: help people and organizations get curious, explore what’s possible, choose a direction, and move forward.

Meet Travis Craddock, CFRE

I’m Travis Craddock, CFRE, a consultant and coach with more than a decade of experience in fundraising, leadership, and organizational strategy.

Before launching Craddock Strategies, I held leadership roles with the ACLU of Arizona, ASU Foundation, Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, and San Miguel High School. I also served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi, an experience that strengthened my curiosity about people, communities, and the different ways we navigate the world.

Today, I bring those experiences together through consulting and coaching. I work with organizations to strengthen fundraising, strategy, systems, and capacity, and I coach leaders and professionals as they navigate growth, change, challenges, and what comes next.

My approach is curious, collaborative, and practical. I’m interested in what’s beneath the surface, the questions we haven’t asked yet, and the possibilities we might discover when we look at something differently.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me volunteering, playing tennis, exploring somewhere new, or planning my next adventure. That spirit of exploration is a big part of who I am, and it shapes how I approach my work too.
