Strategic Solutions for Organizations & Leaders
Craddock Strategies was created to support mission-driven organizations, businesses, and leaders with practical, values-aligned solutions. I help clients strengthen fundraising, streamline operations, and build sustainable strategies that drive meaningful results.
My work is grounded in equity, community, and collaboration. Whether you’re seeking grant support, a strategic plan, interim leadership, or capacity building, I tailor every engagement to your goals and capacity. I offer hands-on support that blends thoughtful strategy with day-to-day execution, helping organizations and leaders do their best work.
With expertise in philanthropy, organizational development, leadership, and project management, I partner with clients to create systems that are ethical, effective, and built to last. I believe strong infrastructure and intentional planning are just as essential as passion and purpose. Together, we focus on what matters most: your mission, your people, and your long-term success.
Meet Travis Craddock, CFRE
I’m Travis Craddock, CFRE, a consultant with more than a decade of experience in fundraising, leadership, and organizational strategy. I’ve worked in and alongside nonprofits and values-driven businesses to secure funding, clarify goals, and build stronger systems for growth and sustainability.
Before launching Craddock Strategies, I held leadership roles with the ACLU of Arizona, ASU Foundation, Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, and San Miguel High School. I also served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Malawi, where I focused on education and community development. These experiences have shaped my approach: thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in impact.
I partner with clients to solve real challenges and move work forward with clarity and purpose. Whether leading a fundraising project, providing interim support, or refining internal systems, I bring curiosity, care, and practical strategy to every engagement.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually volunteering, playing tennis, or planning my next adventure. I believe meaningful work should be both effective and fulfilling, and I bring that mindset to every project I take on.
